This product is amazing my baby had a diaper rash due to another bum cream i was using that was not protecting him that well and within in one day his rash cleared up. Definitely worth the extra few rand you will spend.

Best cream ever. And 1 to keep handy in the kitchen and 1st aid box...works wonders on minor burns. Cracked lips/nipples. And nappy rash!

Best bum cream on the market according to me. Works on everything from nappy rash, burns and even dried cracked lips. Also worked wonders on my breasts while breastfeeding. I have been using this around the house even before I had kids.

I usually use Vaseline instead.of bum cream as my baby has eczema and sensitive skin. However, bepanthem was the only bum cream which did not irritate my son's skin and that cleared up his nappy rashes. Love this product. Worth every cent
