Bepanthan is very gentle on babies bum especially if they have a abit of a nappy rash. Love this product not just for babies bum but I also use it as a soothing cream for any skin flare ups.

This is actually really good a little expensive but goes a long way. A little off topic but also works very great with tattoos. :)

Bepanthen was the only cream I found was gentle on my son's skin and he had no nappy rashes. What I also liked about it, is that it is affordable and readily available.
