This bum cream is so gentle on the skin, and works well as a balm for babies who do not struggle with particularly bad rashes already. My son had bum rash so bad he would bleed when he was a newborn, due to some strange things happening with his bowel movements... During that difficult period, this was unfortunately not a strong enough barrier to protect his skin. However, as soon as we resolved those health issues and his skin was healthy, this bum balm was the only product that we needed to keep his skin protected and healthy. It also lasts FOREVER because you don't need a thick layer at all and it spreads really well once it gets warmed up by your skin. I didn't even finish the jar, and I used it for most of the time that my son was in nappies, which was for about 20 months. I would definitely buy it again if I have another baby.

I started using this product today... don't like the consistency / texture at all and the smell is also something to get used to... but reading the other mom's reviews - I will give it a try as I read that the effects of using the cream is promising..

Absolutely love this! The texture takes a little getting used to, it just needs to be warmed in your hands (so it melts) and then it makes an excellent barrier cream! My daughter never had a nappy rash when I was using this... it’s incredible!

This is one of my essential diaper bag and nursery items. The Oh-Lief bum balm smells amazing and works beautifully! A small amount goes a long way which makes this my best value for money baby product. On average, one tub lasts approximately 3 months (with 5-6 nappy changes per day).

Did not like this at all. Texture was lumpy and hard and very difficult to spread. Doesn't feel like a barrier cream at all.
