Sudocrem is the best bum cream compared to the other products on the market. my baby has not has any bum rashes thus far. its smooth on her bottoms and allows her bums to breath. i do not think I would use anything else going forward.

My all time favorite. My baby had a rash and the creams I used at time did not seem to work, I then bought this cream and the rash was gone in just two days. Keep the area dry when applying this cream it works like a bomb. Highly recommended
