We have been using this on our son since he was a week old. He's now 6 weeks and haven't had any issues of concern. The texture is soft compared to a previous brand we used first and thick enough to give the right amount of protection to the skin in between changes.

This is my everyday use bum cream and find it keeps her bum safe and is thick and smooth on the skin making the perfect barrier cream.
