This is by far the best bum cream. Used it on my son since birth and i know no Nappy rush....... It doesn't absorb to the Nappy at all, it stays on the skin for hours.

I initially learned about this product when I was giving birth. It was in my hospital gift bag. I immediately fell in love with the thick consistency and realized just how effective it is. Even after multiple ruination and full diaper, you can still see the cream on the bum. To me that’s absolute mosturisation and great protective layer against nappy rash. I just wish they can have it in a tube.

Love how thick the texture of the cream is compared to other creams received it at the hospital as a gift and continued using it on my baby
