It helps a lot with my daughter concentration especial when we are doing a home work, we use to take a break but I was so surprise when we finished the homework without her asking for a break.

My son's concentration levels have improved a lot and he loves the equazen so much that he reminds me about it everyday... It has also improved his sleeping pattern.
