Purity Food Jars are great when you're On-the-Go. They are convenient sized jars that easy slip into side pockets of nappy bags or even handbags. What's great is that in most cases you don't need to heat up the food jar and that that portions are pretty close to the quantity a baby in that age group would eat.
While my son really enjoyed the fruit and orange vegetable flavours, the other veg and meats options were not tasty in the slightest. It seemed to lack key ingredients to meet that flavour.
As baby gets older, these fruit flavours make excellent snack time meals.

They don't get the flavours right.
Perhaps because of restrictions on sodium in our food. But the combinations sometimes are weird. If I could relay to them a review and suggestion on their flavours I'd like to do that because I like the convenience of the food jars as a contingency plan on "off" days.

My daughter who is now 3 still enjoys purity jars. She literally picks them up when we go shopping. Initially I used to deny her but i later realized that it’s a loosing battle. As a baby, she didn’t like the vegetables and spargetti ones, perhaps because the consistency was thicker than the fruity ones. She really loved and still love the fruits ones. I give her as a snack at least once a day. I love them because they are easy to carry when traveling and can be fed warmed or as is. They are pure convenience and they are filling.

My little daughter refused to eat food jars at 6 months when we were introducing solids. We waited it out and then kept trying from 8 months until giving me at 9 months. Unlike my other babies, she is not interested in food jars at all. Force feeding is a route we will not take at all.
