Fantastic! works like a bomb for us. Took a while for baby to get used to it, but now when she sees it, she knows its sleep time. We even bought a second one to have on hand in case of emergency. (only negative, you forever needing to replace the batteries).

The sound this doll makes is quite creepy. Did not work for my baby unfortunately. Would not recommend trying this first as it's success rate seems quite low when asking others who tried it as well. It is quite expensive for a "sleep-aid" and there are more affordable options on the market to try first.
