Used these for both my kids and plan to stock up for my new born as well. I found that the hubbies newborn was a much better fit also had no mess for babies first poo. The elastic back makes for a secure and movable fit and the cute design is adorable on babies bums. I had no rashes on babies bottom either I definatly recommed for all new moms
