A lot of people tend to underestimate the value of having healthy snacks in between meals, especially working moms who still need to prep meals and your kids is whining because they start becoming pekish and you are hungry and tired from a long day, this definitely helps handing them a few of these and be guilt free because you know its a healthy alternative than sugary snacks we usually would get.
